G-FORCE ZM Fat Tire Electric Bike Review – A SUPER73 Alternative

We’ve moved! Check out our FULL article here. Summary below.

G-FORCE introduces the ZM, a stylish fat tire electric bicycle reminiscent of the SUPER73-RX but at a more affordable price. The ZM boasts alloy rims, a unique hexagonal frame, and a long saddle, making it a head-turner. The powerful headlight, full suspension, color display, and large battery add to its appeal. Moreover, the bike offers convenient mounting options, simple motor disconnection for tire changes, reliable braking with Ronglun hydraulic disc brakes, and a 3 Amp charger.

The Bafang alloy rims give the ZM a distinctive appearance, albeit adding some extra weight. Its hexagonal frame sets it apart from the usual tubular designs found in eBikes. The saddle measures 22 inches, accommodating two riders but lacking rear foot pegs for passengers. The headlight, though lacking lumens details, stands out with its unique design.

The adjustable front suspension and rear spring suspension enhance the ride, even if the ZM doesn’t ride like a traditional bicycle. The 20Ah battery provides a 30-mile range, and the bike features multiple mounting holes. Tire changes are simplified by the motor’s simple disconnect. However, the ZM has its downsides, including pedal assist levels that are too strong, limited display settings, and quality control issues. Despite these drawbacks, the G-FORCE ZM stands out with its design and affordability, offering a unique and budget-friendly alternative to other eBikes like the SUPER73-RX.
