We’ve moved! Check out our FULL article here. Summary below.

The Aventon Aventure is an affordable and rugged fat tire eBike that impresses in many aspects. It arrives mostly assembled, and its standout features include massive 26″ x 4″ fat tires, Zoom hydraulic disc brakes, excellent cable management within the frame, and an integrated battery design for safety. The new color display offers essential information, though it lacks a voltage display. The bike provides a comfortable and stable ride, enabling riders of various ages to explore and be more active.

The Aventon Aventure comes in attractive colors with impeccable paintwork and high-quality welds, enhancing its visual appeal. Notably, this eBike has won the favor of many, including those hesitant about personal electric vehicles. Its light is surprisingly bright for night riding, ensuring safety.

However, there are some downsides, such as a delay in throttle response, non-Shimano shifters, lack of rear suspension, some rattling when jumping off curbs, and a 20 mph throttle speed limit. There’s also no bell, and the pedals can scrape when turning. Additionally, the throttle only works when in pedal assist mode 1 or higher.

The Aventon Aventure is perfect for those seeking a comfortable, well-supported ride. It suits seniors and individuals who prefer pedal assist or throttle, with excellent customer service. It’s not ideal for speed enthusiasts, road bike riders, or those seeking a portable folding eBike. If you prioritize throttle over pedaling, other options might be better. The Aventon Aventure isn’t designed for advanced mountain biking.
